Call Recording

This facility enables you to record any incoming calls from your telephone keypad. By simply fronting your business with any of the Creative Telecoms  non-geographic numbers, (including Area Call) you have instant access to our extremely flexible and creative network-based recording services, eliminating the need to purchase in-house call recording equipment and negating all associated maintenance issues with such investment.
The telephone number allocated by Creative Telecoms is connected to your existing telephone number. When the number is dialled a pre-recorded message is played stating that calls may be recorded for monitoring or training purposes, after which the call is delivered immediately to you. At this point the Creative Telecoms system instantly records the dialogue and saves it as a wav file that is then stored on our remote servers or delivered to a designated e-mail within minutes of the conversation ending.
